Casual Working Opportunities
MajestiKat is currently looking for additional Pet Carers to provide daily and/or twice daily cat visiting services
Cat Sitting can be seasonal and busier times will often fall during school holidays, it is quite possible to provide cat visiting services on a ad hoc basis and continue with your current employment or self-employment as you choose what you can and cannot do.
Please note that Cat Sitting is not a Monday to Friday Occupation and you will need to provide service visits on Saturdays and Sundays when you have accepted an assignment that requires you to do so.
We are currently looking for Cat Sitters for the following areas:
- BR1 - Shortlands
- BR2 - Hayes, Keston, Locksbottom
- BR3 - Beckenham, Eden Park, Park Langley, Elmers End
- BR4 - Coney Hall, West Wickham
Applications will also be considered for:
BR6 - Orpington, Green Street Green, Chelsfield, Pratts Bottom, Farnborough and Farborough Common
*We would also like to hear from potential cat sitters for all SE London postcodes
Our Minimum Requirements
- You must be currently working or have experience in the veterinary or other animal care field s (to include but not limited to: Veterinary Nurses, Student Veterinary Nurses, Animal Nursing Axillaries, Kennel Assistants, Veterinary Receptionists, Veterinary Administrators)
- You must be reliable and trustworthy
- You must be prepared to register and work as 'self-employed' taking responsibility for your own Tax and National insurance
- You must have a full clean drivers licence and access to vehicle at all times
- You must have internet and e-mail access and be prepared to set up an new e-mail address for the purpose of MajestiKat communications.
- You must be willing to seek a Police 'Criminal Records Bureau' Certificate
- You must be able to provide three written references ( 2 x Employment and 1 x Character)
What We Will Do For You
- We will arrange each of your pet sitting assignments providing you with full written instructions and provide support during each assignment
- We will insure you for each pet sitting assignment that you carry out on behalf of MajestiKat
