"After booking our "fur-babies" into a cattery for a holiday earlier in the year, only to return to very unhappy cats, we decided to explore a different option for a long weekend away. We were impressed with Kerrie's web-site and even more so with Kerrie herself once we met with her, so were much happier with the idea of leaving Basil & Sybil in her care. Our only concern was in case our indoor cats managed to escape but we needen't have worried - they were waiting for us when we arrived back home. And what a difference!! Such a contrast to the cats we returned home to last time, they were happy and contented, it was almost as if they hadn't noticed we'd been away! I found the MajestiKat Pet Carers services superb and can not fault the care that was provided for my cats. The service provided two visits a day for my young cats while our family took a two week trip abroad. The cats had not been left before and I was worried about leaving them and actually wondered if boarding at a cattery would have been a safer option. Kerrie’s care of the cats with her veterinary background was excellent. She provided us with updates and a photo of the cats via e-mail which was great in reassuring us! The proof of pudding was when we returned from holiday and found the cats looked physically so well and healthy and emotionally unchanged in their characters. A few friends, who are cat owners, have found their cats to be withdrawn on return from catteries. Kerrie also looked after our small collection of warm water fish & succeeded were we had failed in raising baby fish by our return! Before we went away, our usual anxiety about how Marly (our lovely but rather dependant cat)would manage for a week were dissipated through finding out about Kerrie's service. She helped us plan Marly's care tailored to her needs with great care and detail. On our return from holiday, Marly was notably more calm and relaxed compared to any other time we have had a holiday. We found your service to be reliable and value for money and would not hesitate to recommend your services and use you in the future. A.Mannion - West Wickham Maisie was presented to Miss Z Frasca at Mayow Vets in Sydenham with an intestinal problem, further tests revealed that she was going to need a course of medication that would be required four times a day. Due to work commitments her owner called me to visit at lunch times to administer the medication for her. As you can see, Maisie has since made a full recovery. |

Rhys and I cannot thank you enough for caring for Marley whilst we were on holiday. We returned home to a very happy cat, who didn't appear stressed or upset / cross as he normally does when left at a cattery! We were really grateful for the high standard of commitment that you gave Marley and this extended beyond the services that you advertised. Returning home to find that you had left us a pint of milk in the fridge was such a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. Feeding the fish for us and hoovering up in the kitchen was again something that you benevolently did without being part of your terms and made us feel extremely lucky to have found YOU! Kerrie came to our rescue when we needed someone to look after our dog Billy and Guiness our cat. Billy is eleven and not the easiest of dogs as he has a very strong personality, and although guiness is only five he can never make up his mind if he wants to eat, wants to go out, wants to come in and generally be the ruler of the house. Kerrie came to meet them the week before we went away, during the week we were away she visited at least 3 times a day every day, feeding, petting and playing with them, taking billy for walks, infact they had a fantastic holiday! Kerrie is a friendly, trustworthy and reliable person offering a good, flexible service to assist us. I am very happy for her to have access to our house when we are not there and Jack very much enjoys her visits. They play games, practice grooming and handling, and go for walks where Jack can be introduced to a realm of new experiences, helping him overcome any fears that may develop. Kerrie provides excellent advice and information for us as new puppy owners during her visits, and always communicates well to us the day's agenda and Jack's behaviour and experiences that day. Jack is currently attending a puppy class for one hour a week during his time with Kerrie, which is helping him to grow and develop and which he loves.
