NB: E-mail is our prefered method of contact as Kerrie also works as a Full-time Locum Veterinary Nurse and due to daily shift changes is not always available to take telephone calls.

Step 2: We will ask a number of questions with respect to your location, contact details, pets and home requirements and this may be sort after via a 'Booking Request Form'

Step 3: We will do a preliminary check of the schedule and if we think we can accomodate you then we will prepare an estimate for services and this will be delivered to you in writing, in the majority of cases via e-mail

Step 4: Should you conclude that you would like for us to provisionally book for services then you must let us know at your earliest convenience as there is a limit to the number of home calls we can make in day. (New Clients - Please see 'Additional Notes' below)

Step 5: We will prepare and post a number of documents which will include an invoice for your booking deposit to secure your booking (which is non-refundable). Please note that in some cases or circumstances the full payment will be due and if this is the case, it will be stated on your estimate.

Step 6: Upon receipt of your booking deposit we will book your pets into our schedule and prepare to finalise the booking with you and this will consist of booking a Free Consultation with your Personal Carer

Step 7: The Consultation visit enables all parties, including your pets to get to know one another and gives us both the chance to ask any number of questions to ensure that your pets and home are cared for as if you were there yourself. At this time your pet carer will collect:

• Pet Information and Emergency Contact Forms
• A spare 'working' house key
• Their Fee

Step 8: And thats it, booking complete.

Additional Notes

New Clients may prefer to meet with 'The Carer' prior to any formal or financial commitment, this is not a problem for us.  However, in the case of advance bookings, we expect that you will want us to collect your home keys at a later date and for this we charge a 'Key Collection' fee.
